You will be the main point of contact for all Chinese / Mandarin Speaking Guests in this hotel. All Chinese / Mandarin Speaking Guests will come to you with all their special requests. 1. To assist all guests at the Guest Service Department, but to concentrate specifically on Asian-speaking group and individual guests with their special needs and requirements in their native languages so as to give them a full, first class hotel experience.
2. Receives and handles special requests from Asian group and individual guests.
3. Works in conjunction with and assists the Butler Service Team and the Concierge with handling special requests such as Honeymoon set-ups, Anniversary Packages, Birthday Packages, special dietary needs, medical needs, etc. for Asian guests. Follows up to ensure departments responsible have completed the requirements.
4. Contacts Asian guests when necessary to offer assistance in making restaurant bookings, ordering special local/dietary food, arranging special activities & excursions.
