• In charge of researching and putting together a project with regards to the establishment of a recruitment arm

• Development of Processes and product offerings for the above project

• Research into IT interface and setting up of website for the Recruitment project

• Research to be performed on the possibilities of opening a business arm in terms of background screening – Business Process Outsourcing and other possible HR components

• Research and Implementation of a Training Needs Analysis Framework that would be best adapted to the Mauritian market

• Explore new avenues of business that could be implemented such as Coaching / Counseling etc.

• En charge de la recherche et de mettre sur pied un projet en ce qui concerne la mise en place d’un bras de recrutement

• Développement des processus et des offres de produits pour le projet ci-dessus

• Recherche sur IT interface et la mise en place du site web pour le projet de recrutement

• La recherche à effectuer sur les possibilités d’ouverture d’un bras d’affaires en termes de vérification des antécédents – Business Process Outsourcing et d’autres composants possibles RH

Mission:

1. Collaborate to structure the HR department, organograms, job definitions, motivation program, fortify the internal team spirit.
2. Follow up and organize an efficient process to follow the evolution of employees.

The student should meet the following aspects:

1. Be fluent in English, written and spoken
2. Speaking French would be an asset but not compulsory
3. Facility to adapt within a total different cultural environment
4. Very positive attitude
5. Enthusiastic person and somewhat charismatic to enhance the relational needs between departments
6. Diplomatic
7.  Independent but also able to work under direction
8. Well organized and rigorous
9. Able to work on the creation of internal legal and qualitative procedures
10. Capability to collaborate closely with other departments
11. Creative in training, and other motivating programs.

Note: not frightened to work in a hot sunny humid climate as Mauritius, with highly air conditioned offices :- ) Hours: 8h30/9h -16h30/17h from Monday to Friday. Week End very exceptional.

Formation en ressources humaines Mission:

1. Collaborer pour structurer le département des ressources humaines, des organigrammes, des définitions d’emploi, programme de motivation, de fortifier l’esprit d’équipe interne.
2. Suivi et organiser un processus efficace de suivre l’évolution des employés.

L’étudiant doit répondre aux aspects suivants:

1. l’anglais, écrit et parlé couramment
2. Parler français serait un atout mais pas obligatoire
3. Facilité d’adaptation dans un environnement culturel totalement différente
4. Attitude très positive
5. Personne enthousiaste et quelque peu charismatique pour améliorer les besoins relationnels entre les départements
6.  Diplomatique
7.  Indépendant, mais aussi capable de travailler sous la direction
8.  Bien organisé et rigoureux
9.  Capable de travailler sur la création de procédures juridiques et qualitatives internes
10.  Capacité à collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements
11. Creative dans la formation, et d’autres programmes de motivation.

7. Onafhankelijk, maar ook in staat om te werken onder leiding

10. Mogelijkheid om nauw samen te werken met andere afdelingen
