• Ensuring the welcoming of each and every guests arriving at the Hotel.
• Ensure that guests are happy of the service and make sure that their personal requests are met.
• CS (Customer Services) acts as intermediate between guests and Management/Team members
• Remains at the entire disposal of the guests for any information requested
• Meet in house guests daily to have their feedback and suggestions
• Maintain regular contact with frequent guests
• Initiate appointments with guests and vip`s for meeting guests activities planning
• Ensure prompt, smooth and polite service based on standards
• Arrival of VIP guests – to co-ordinate VIP treatments and special requirements with a view to upsell
