You will report to the Executive Housekeeper or any other person designated by the latter in his absence.

You will be initially on observation in the different sections of the Housekeeping and Laundry department. As trainee Room/Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for overall cleanliness of assigned rooms/suites. You will be also in the Laundry section whereby your role will be to ensure the proper  ironing and folding of laundry items.  As trainee Floor Supervisor, you will provide direction and monitor housekeeping team members in their area of performance, including public areas, guest room maintenance and cleanliness to meet the high standard of quality.

Duties :

1. Work as a room attendant – cleaning guest rooms
2. Work in the uniform room – distribute, collect and arrange uniforms.
3. Work in the laundry – washing, sorting and drying of linen, uniforms, guest laundry etc.
4. Work as Housekeeping Coordinator – receive, logged calls, follow up with guest requests, requisition and control of keys etc..
5. Work as a supervisor – conduct briefing, manage the team, inspect arrival and occupied rooms.
6. Work in the public area – cleaning of public areas, lobby and restaurants etc.
7. Work together as Assistant Executive Housekeeper – manage all the supervisors, etc.

Vous serez d’abord sur l’observation dans les différentes sections du département de ménage et de blanchisserie. 5. Travailler en tant que superviseur – conduite de briefing, gérer l’équipe, inspecter les arrivées et des chambres occupées.
6. Travailler dans l’espace public – nettoyage de zone publique, le hall et les restaurants, etc.
7. Travailler comme Adjoint Exécutif Gouvernante – gérer tous les superviseurs, etc.
